Corey Dobbins Corey Dobbins was appointed as principal at the Robert D. Stethem Educational Center in 2024. Mr. Dobbins has been an administrator with Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) since 2016. He began his administrative career in 2016 as an administrative intern at North Point High School, where he continued to serve as an Assistant Principal from 2018 to 2024. During his tenure at North Point, Mr. Dobbins oversaw Career and Technical Education (CTE), as well as special education programs. Mr. Dobbins received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo in Psychology and Secondary Education. He then pursued his master’s degree in special education from Buffalo State University. Mr. Dobbins’ teaching career began in the field of special education working at a residential facility outside of Buffalo, NY. He then transitioned to working in alternative education programs in middle school outside of Syracuse, NY. In 2014, Mr. Dobbins moved to Charles County to work at Henry E. Lackey High School as a teacher in the Emotional Adjustment (EA) program. |

Bradley (Brad) Snow Brad Snow was appointed Assistant Principal at the Robert D. Stethem Educational Center in 2025. He has over 20 years of experience with Charles County Public Schools (CCPS). Mr. Snow spent six years as the Director of Transportation, and prior to that, he served as the principal at Maurice J. McDonough High School. He was named vice principal in 2006, having started at McDonough in 2000 as a health and biology teacher. In 2023 and 2024, Mr. Snow worked as an Assistant Principal at Thomas Stone High School. |
